Our Functional
Restoration Programme (FRP) is designed to help you get
the most out of life despite your back pain or neck pain and is run by two Chartered Physiotherapists from a clinic in Haywards Heath, between Brighton and Crawley in West Sussex.
Chronic back pain or neck pain affects many
people and our FRP course offers Specialist Pain Management
skills that
you can put into practice for the rest of your life. Many feel a decrease in
pain following the course. Others
learn how to take control of the pain and not let it control
them.
There
really is a way forward that has helped many in the past
and we hope will help you for the future.
